Excerpt from “Potential, lost”

TABOR: The Apprentice’s Book of Reflections by D.B. GaNung

Excerpt from “Potential, lost”

Potential can be lost easily in two ways. The first is a failure to act on it while it is
reactive within oneself. Such inaction drives the potential down into the
unconscious once again. As individuals we must wait until it can build up sufficient
charge to overcome the force by which it was denied.

The other way potential is lost is when it isn’t acted on with sufficient seriousness.
In such instances toying with one’s potential is a way of dismissing it. This time the
energy it brings is usually discharged through any series of frivolous projections.
